simple cute scribble

Step #1 Choose your image, this is my image:


Step #2 Select your freeform selection tool and mouse around your image what you want to keep, make it scribbly looking too.

Step #3 Once you have what you want to keep hit Ctrl + C to copy this selection.

Step #4 Clear your image out of Paint, then hit Ctrl + V to paste your image.

Step #5 Save your image & voila you have a basic scribble. If you followed this your image should look something like this:


You can take it one step further! Take your pencil tool and scribble around the edges of you basic image for an added effect, here's the finished product:
