Step #1 Choose your image you want to use and open it up in Paint.

Step #2 a Go to image >> stretch/skew and put in the percentage you want to scale your image.

Step #2 b Go to image >> attributes and change it to pixels and decide how big you want it, this step may cut off part of your image.

Step #3 Save your image and youre done!
