Step #1 Choose your image

Step #2 Click your free form selection tool and trace around what you want to keep

Step #3 Once you've decided what you wanna keep, hit Ctrl + C to copy your image

Step #4 You can now paste Ctrl + V this image into a blank document and your done

You can go one step further: To make the background transparent go to my transparency tutorial and follow the steps
