Step #1 Choose your image, this is the image i am using:


Step #2 Go to the line tool and choose what size you want to use

Step #3 Choose what color you want your border, mines going to be green

Step #4 Click the rectangle tool and outline the outside of your image

Step #5 Your final image should look like this:
