Cute News is a powerful and easy to use news management system that uses flat files to store its database. It supports commenting, archives, search function, file upload management, backup & restore, IP banning, flood protection and more! It is actually really easy to use! After you've written a blog/news you can edit it afterwards. You can also add links, images and other cool stuff to your blogs. If you get nasty comments you can esilly delete them with just a few clicks.

Cute news can only be used by people with a domain or a sub-domain. Unfortunately for you guys who use Piczo or Freewebs. You have to use FTP to install cutenews, that's why it doesn't work for other websites than domains and sub-domains. You guys can use Haloscan.
