Being that layout is the first thing people see, and is what gives people the first impression of your site, it will be the first thing I'll look at when doing your review. I'll look at the actual design plus the CSS.

I'll go through and look at every page on your site. Having a lot of pages isn't always a good thing, it depends on the content of the pages and whether everything is well organized.
Browser Compatibility, Coding and Validation
With the help of Browsershots, W3 Validator, and CSS Validator, I'll check to see that your site is running to the best of it's ability. I'll fix any major errors and guide you to fixing the minor ones.
Creativity and Originality
I'll use your layout, CSS and your visitor content as a judge for this section. A question to ask yourself if you're looking for good comments in this section is; Do I offer something that people can't find elsewhere.
